CrossFit Elements

Elements is a program integrated into the regular class where you will learn all of the essential movements to ensure your success to meet your goals.  In addition to learning movements such as squats, presses, lifts and various bodyweight movements, you will also receive instruction on proper warm-up techniques, mobility, flexibility, breathing and proper nutrition.  Without previous CrossFit experience, completion of this 1-month program is compulsory before attending other programs.


This is our regular class focusing on unlocking human performance, as well as general health and wellness. Expect to be pushed outside your comfort zone regularly, reaping all the rewards which come with that level of intensity.   Expanding from the Elements, metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, powerlifting, strongman, rowing, running and Olympic weightlifting become tools of self development that can be used in daily life and competing in any sport.

General Warmup

Specific Warmup and Instruction of Movements

Strength and Skill Work

Scaling Options and Review of Programmed Workout

Coaching during the Workout to Ensure Safety and the Proper Intensity

Cool Down or Skill Work

These classes are great for your child! Learning a lifestyle of fitness and good nutrition from a young age is essential for maintaining lifelong habits of healthy behavior and a LOVE OF FITNESS! With CrossFit Kids you can get your kids interested in fitness early, inspiring them to set goals, build self-esteem and become part of a community of athletes and friends.

Our Kids Program puts constantly varied, functional movements together in an engaging fun way. We combine elements from gymnastics, strength training and body weight exercises with cardiovascular intensive bursts.

This will help your child learn better movement patterns, coordination, balance and gain strength. No matter what sport your child wants to participate in CrossFit Kids can help improve their performance.

CrossFit KIDS Before+After Care

CrossFit Kids Lugal Before and After Care operates from: 7:00–9:00am then 3:00–6:00pm.  Membership includes: Drop-off and Pick-up coordinated based on your child’s school day, daily CrossFit Kids class, a “whole food” snack and nutrition education, as well as developmentally age appropriate play based learning opportunities. Homework assistance is available to students depending on their individual needs. Pick-up for parents is until 6:00pm.  CrossFit is a fitness community which thrives because of human connection.  Our program focuses on garnering your child’s ability to establish and maintain positive friendships.  Your child will learn how to be socially aware while making responsible decisions when relationship building.
